Her Purna Yoga classes are for all levels. Purna means "full" or "integrated". This class is a dynamic fun time for you to explore your levels of physical and mental awareness. The class runs for 90 minutes and starts off by focusing on breathing, and continues into a sequence of postures that are adapted to the students in the class. Each class finishes with relaxation.

We use the right side of our brain when we practice yoga. The right side is responsible for creativity and spacial awareness. There is a lot to be said about expression through movement. Irene believes that everyone should try yoga, her class is a safe space for you to express yourself through Asana(postures),Pranayama(breathing technique), meditation and above all, to enjoy and have fun.
