This group is an opportunity to be with other women and together lovingly explore what it means to live and express as women.
As women we have lost sight of what it is to live as a truly claimed woman, and thus, how to honour a connection to our femaleness, which is the energy of stillness. This disconnection from our naturally nurturing ways of honouring our bodies has us construct instead a way of being that is pushing us into an imbalance by an overemphasised use of male energy or motion at the expense of our innate stillness, our very foundation. This has led to the commonly felt hardness in women’s bodies and all the other forms of disharmony such as endometriosis, fibroids, polycystic ovaries, menstrual irregularities, breast cancer and more.
As women, we face common issues and concerns. Within this group we have an opportunity to share honestly with each other and thus find true solutions to these issues. If we can begin to honour ourselves as women again, we can build a truer life for ourselves and present a truer way for all.

The Breasts are the nurturing centers of the woman and they emanate the "light of nurturing" if and only if they are clear. The Breasts cannot emanate the "light of nurturing" if one is not self-nurturing. Unfortunately and to our demise, as a result of how women have to resort to a more male stimulated energy to get through what is demanded of them and having to assume a more male driven energy, to simply win back some form of equality in society, they have lost their inner instinct to self nurture – thus the lack of true self-nurturing in the world. This is not only affecting the women themselves, but also their children and their partners.
Lack of self-nurturing is now a significant global problem and in particular for women, as it is the energetic cause of breast cancer and its ill rise in our societies verywhere. For a long time women have been accepting, or treating as normal, the fact that they get a few lumps in their breasts at every cycle or at some point in time. Some have them there all of the time. We are told/taught that these lumps are ok in some way and that because they are just benign or just simple "lumps", there needs to be no concern. Of course, this is true from a terminal illness point of view, but not so if energetic truth is sought. The fact that they are there is demonstrating that something is not in harmony. If there is no harmony, there is no true light.
We hold imposts in our breasts. These come from how we feel about our breasts. For example "I hate my breasts, they are too big, too small, I do not want to develop breasts as they attract the wrong sort of attention" etc. In effect any thing you think ill about yourself as a woman affects your breasts and ovaries. Then there are the external ones from men, for example men who use breasts as their classification of attraction. And then there are those from society; example, you did not breast feed long enough, etc. So there are many imposts in the breasts. This is a huge issue.We present the Esoteric Breast Massage, which helps to clear these imposts from the breasts, reconnects the women to their breasts and re-introduces the nurturing energy.
This technique also assists women with issues such as painful periods, polycystic ovaries, endometriosis, bloating, water retention, mastitis, and pre-menstrual and menopausal symptoms, as well as women who are having difficulty breast-feeding.
