Antenatal Yoga

Antenatal Yoga encourages women to deeply relax and trust their body and instincts during pregnancy, labour and birth. The postures encourage women to 'open' their body in a way that is gentle, comfortable, strengthening and effortless. By coordinating movement with full breathing, tension is released and confidence and flexibility increased. Emphasis is on bonding with your baby and enjoying every moment of being pregnant. Class time is 1hour and 15mins and course duration is 6 weeks.
