Meditation

Join us for some peaceful contemplation, guided meditations and learn perfect methods which change our mind and improve the quality of our life.
Through these classes we can learn how to use Buddha’s advice as a solution to our daily problems.  In this way we come to experience a sense of peace and happiness in our lives.
Each class includes a simple breathing meditation, a short talk and the opportunity to apply the teachings to your own life in a guided contemplative meditation. There is also time to ask questions and discuss over light refreshments.
The classes are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners through to advanced practitioners. Everyone is welcome – you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, or to benefit from the classes – just drop into any class!
